3. Once I have both your order and your payment, I will email you a receipt and shipping info ASAP. (Note: This method cuts costs for both of us.)

If our prices are too high, take advantage of these options:
1) Order free PDF versions by indicating “FREE PDF” in your order.
2) Order up to 3 books for pay what you can (all the way down to $1 each, plus shipping). Simply indicate “BUDGET DEAL” in your order.
